Tows in the Ptarmigan Bowl were unable to operate due to high winds, but they hoped to have a run down to mid-station via the Traverse, 105, Cas, then Zig-Zags or Gunbarrel. Having bashed out many of the large drifts in this area, they realised that due to the aforementioned winds, they would be unable to operate for snowsports, and so the Funicular was only operating for non-snowsports customers.
